2-1-1 Texas InfoLine answers calls coming from an eight-county area throughout North Central Texas including Collin, Denton, Dallas, Hunt, Rockwall, Ellis, Navarro, and Kaufman. Professional 2-1-1 Specialists answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays North Central Texas residents call 2-1-1 for many different types of help.
Eighty-percent (80%) of our callers are seeking assistance for some type of basic need; utility assistance, food, clothing, or rent assistance.
